青海校园共舞盛会

The 2025 National Community Dance Games (Qinghai Station) opened on October 18 in Xining. The event is sponsored by the General Administration of Sport’s Gymnastics Management Center, organized by the Zhejiang Province Gymnastics and Trampoline Association, and co‑hosted by the School of Physical Education at Qinghai Normal University and the Qinghai Provincial Fitness Dance Association.

Teams came from five prefectures—Xining, Haibei, Haixi, Huangnan, and Yushu—representing more than 20 primary, secondary and university schools, as well as kindergartens. In total, 43 delegations took part, with 3,555 participants.

The competition used a mixed format: each team recorded its routine and uploaded a video. Judges evaluated the videos offline, and the results were streamed live. This approach ensured fairness while giving even remote, pastoral schools a chance to join a national‑level event. The organizers said they will keep promoting dance in Qinghai so that more students can improve their health and enrich campus sport culture through movement.

Switching the competition to online submissions let children thousands of miles away step onto the same stage. That format shows the spirit of mutual help and inclusiveness among communities.
